My name is Crystal Forro and this will be my ninth year teaching at St. Edward on-the-Lake Catholic School and my fourth year teaching Second Grade.  Outside of teaching, I enjoy watching my son, Avery, golf, run track, play soccer, and help his robotics team. I also enjoy watching my daughter, Courtney, dance ballet, lyrical, and tap.  I enjoy reading and creating scrapbooks when I am not watching my children in their activities.

Second grade is a time to build on what was previously learned and to develop new skills for third grade.  We will learn how to write in cursive and multiply by the end of the year.  We will be using a lot of technology as an extension of our curriculum within our classroom.  We will prepare for First Reconciliation in February and First Communion in April.  We will transition from worksheets to learning how to copy out of a text book and how to take tests.  I am excited about the new school year and all of the things happening this year.
